GREG ROBINSON has over 20 years experience as an investigator specializing in civil litigation. With a law enforcement background, he has 7 years experience working in the Criminal Investigation Division. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas Permian Basin. ULYSSES HARRIS has over 14 years experience as an investigator specializing in civil litigation. With a law enforcement background, he has 12 years experience working in the Criminal Justice. Paralegals:Paralegals support attorneys with computerized research, document files management. Our firm typically handles substantial litigation with numerous witnesses and documents. These highly experienced legal assistants skillfully and efficiently expedite the large volume of client information. KERRI FIDLER has over 9 years experience as a paralegal specializing in medical malpractice, personal injury, nursing home negligence, and toxic tort litigation. She received her Associates Degree from McLennan Community College in Paralegal Studies. CATHY LADEBAUCHE has over 13 years experience as a paralegal specializing in personal injury litigation. She has a BA from the University of Texas and received her paralegal certificate from the Southeastern Paralegal Institute. TRISH MCLELLAND has over 15 years experience as a legal assistant specializing in personal injury litigation. She holds a BBA in Business Education and a MS in Library and Information Sciences from University of North Texas and a paralegal certificate from Southeastern Paralegal Institute. HEIDI PAGA, CLA has over 8 years experience as a claims adjuster/manager with a national insurance company and has over 4 years experience as a litigation paralegal working for both plaintiff and defense firms. She has a BA in Management Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and received her paralegal certificate from the Southeastern Paralegal Institute. She received her Certified Legal Assistant's designation in September 2004. Legal Assistants:PEGGY PATTERSON has 30 years of experience as a legal assistant exclusively in the personal injury litigation field. CYNTHIA A. VIGUERIAS has her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from El Centro Junior College. She has 3 years of experience as a legal assistant and 15 years experience in office procedures. Intake Coordinator:Providing a timely response and thorough analysis of a potential clients claim is very important to Van Wey & Johnson. CATHARINE J. TAYLOR is our full time intake coordinator. She has 25 years of experience working as a legal assistant in the personal injury field. Office Support:BIANCA HERNANDEZ, our full-time receptionist, has 7 years of office experience and is currently obtaining her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from El Centro Junior College. GINA PATRICK, our full-time file clerk and runner, has 8 years of legal experience. The entire team is important to the operation of Van Wey & Johnson. We have a full time office manager to handle the ongoing operations of the firm. This allows the attorneys to devote all of their time to handling the client cases. Additionally, we have a receptionist and legal assistant who are fluent in both English and Spanish to assist with any translation needs that may arise. |
